All physical water extraction, mold remediation, demolition, drying, and structural repairs are performed by independent contracting firms who maintain their own Florida licenses, liability insurance, and direct customer contracts.
3. Insurance Claims Disclaimer
Our crews provide comprehensive photo, moisture, and psychrometric documentation for your insurance claim. We do not adjust or negotiate insurance claims. Ultra Mold & Water Pros and its affiliated contracting crews are not licensed public insurance adjusters, attorneys, or insurance company representatives. We do not adjust, negotiate, or determine insurance policy coverage. The property owner remains solely responsible for understanding their policy terms, filing timely notices of loss under Florida's 1-year reporting statute, and verifying coverage with their carrier.
4. Estimates and Scopes of Work
Informational cost ranges published on this Site are directional estimates based on historical Southwest Florida industry models. They do not constitute a binding quote or financial guarantee. Firm written scopes of work are prepared on site following physical moisture inspection and thermal diagnostics by the performing contractor.
5. Limitation of Liability
Ultra Mold & Water Pros shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from water damage progression, delayed notification, secondary microbial mold growth, or the performance of independent contractors dispatched to your property.
